Eric Matter has been successively established in Indonesia, Malaysia, China and last in Thailand since 10 years, formerly as the Commercial Director of International Oil&Gas Engineering and Construction companies, and now as independent consultant in the Energy and Renewables Sector.
He was committed to Engineering, Project and Commercial Management roles in Asia-Pacific for 28 years, for such Companies like Technip, Sofresid, Kvaerner, Saipem, Punj Lloyd, CNOOC and Spie Groups, and kept active networks in Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, India, China, Myanmar, Brunei and the Philippines.
He is now advising Energy Operators, Engineering & Construction Contractors and Services Companies on regional Marketing strategy, Partnerships, Contracting reviews, Risk Management, Investments analysis.
He is also assisting foreign companies in the legal set-up of branches and subsidiaries in Asia, and is advising Green Investment Funds in the Energy transition and carbon footprint reduction.
